How does it work? It’s simple!

1. Spread the word about Padonia Dental Associates! You can also pick up our Sharing Smiles Referral Cards at the office and pass them along to people you know—friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and anyone else! 

2. Tell your friends and family to give your name when scheduling their first visit or have them bring in our Sharing Smiles Referral Card with your name on it. 

3. When a person you sent comes in for their first appointment, you receive a gift card and are entered in the quarterly drawing for a $250 gift card of your choice! 

The referral of your friends and family is the greatest compliment we can receive. We are truly thankful for the continued trust you place in our office. 

*Gift cards and entries into quarterly drawing are limited to 2 members of the same immediate family. Referral patient (new patient) must provide referring patient name when scheduling first appointment to receive a Referral Reward. Rewards will be given out after new patient’s first appointment. This promotion is available to existing patients only (existing patients are those whom have been seen by our practice within the last 36 months). Rewards are non-transferrable. Family members of employees are not eligible. Must be 18 years or older to receive Rewards. This program is subject to change and can be discontinued at any time.
