Dr. Rodrigo Vallar

Dr. Rodrigo Vallar is a graduate from the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. While attending Dental School, he was an honorary member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. Utilizing a comprehensive approach, Dr. Vallar performs a wide array of modern dental services. With his compassionate and approachable demeanor, he excels at placing his patients at ease. Dr. Vallar has been with Padonia Dental Associates for fifteen years. He finds improving his patients' self-esteem through cosmetic dentistry most rewarding. Dr. Vallar enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. When he is not supporting local sports teams, he is coaching and cheering on his daughters. He appreciates vacationing, mountain biking, snowboarding and relaxing with a movie in his spare time.
Dr. Richa Dutta
Orthodontist in Cockeysville, MDPadonia Dental Associates
Dr Dutta obtained her dental degree in India before attending the University of Southern California’s Advanced Program for International Dentists to earn her DDS. She then went on to pursue her true love of orthodontics at Boston University’s Henry Goldman School of Dentistry where she earned her Masters of Science degree and a specialty degree in Orthodontics.
Dr. Dutta is a dedicated Orthodontist who is an active member of the American Academy of Orthodontists, Mid Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO) and Maryland State Society of Orthodontists (MSSO). Her kind disposition and friendly smile make both adult and child patients feel at ease during their appointments. Her warm personality and chairside manner give patients comfort when asking questions. She also always takes the time to ensure that each patient understands all his or her treatment options.
She has been the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee under MASO, is a delegate to the AAO, and in her spare time, she enjoys swimming, reading, cooking and running behind her 4 year old twins.
Dr. Youngsook Chae
Endodontist in Cockeysville, MDPadonia Dental Associates
Dr. Chae earned her Bachelors of Science in Biochemical Pharmacology (summa cum laude) at State University of New York in Buffalo, NY. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. She completed her residency training in the Department of Endodontology at the Temple University of Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry. In the past, Dr. Chae has worked for a pediatric-based clinic, serving patients in underserved communities, as well as in private practice. She is currently a member of the American Association of Endodontics. In her spare time, Dr. Chae enjoys hiking and yoga.
Jacyln Kim, RDHPadonia Dental Associates
Jaclyn, a native of South Korea, grew up in Baltimore after moving with her family to the U.S. at the age of seven. She attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Sociology. She then continued her education at the University of Maryland Dental School where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Jaclyn has been with Padonia Dental for 20 years. Her compassionate and friendly demeanor has put hundreds of patients at ease over the years. She is also committed to keeping her clinical skills and knowledge up to date with ongoing continue education. Jaclyn is fluent in English and Korean. Tamara Marrow, RDHPadonia Dental Associates
Tam, a native of Baltimore, began her dental career as a Sterilization Technician in 2009. She then received her Associate in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Baltimore City Community College in 2012. In 2015, she received a certification in local anesthetic from the University of Maryland Dental School. Once a week, Tam helps students at the Dental Hygiene School with instrumentation classes. She attends a variety of continuing education courses to advance her knowledge and remain up to date with changes in the industry.
Cathy Le, RDHPadonia Dental Associates
Cathy attended University of Maryland School of Dentistry where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. After graduating, Cathy joined Padonia Dental Associates has been practicing hygiene with them for 7 years. Her caring and friendly personality helps put patients at ease while they are in the dental chair. Cathy is a native of Baltimore County. When not working, she loves to spend time with her husband and two young children. Cathy enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and is a big foodie.
Edie Stansbury, RDHPadonia Dental Associates
Edie was born and raised in California before moving to Maryland in 1992, where she met her husband and started her dental career. In 1994, Edie graduated from Medix School in Towson as a Certified Dental Assistant. That’s when she knew she wanted to do more for her community. Her passion to help patients understand their dental needs led her to continue her education in Dental Hygiene. Edie attended Baltimore City Community College in 2013 and graduated with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Her goal is to help all of her patients achieve lifelong benefits of good oral health.
Edie currently lives in Timonium, Maryland with her husband and two boys. In her spare time, Edie likes to read, go on hikes with her dog, and travel with her husband and two sons. Edie's favorite vacation spot is Walt Disney World. Mention the mouse and you are sure to get an EARful!
Meghan Welch, RDHPadonia Dental Associates
Meghan received her Bachelor of Science in 2014 from Stevenson University. She went on to study at CCBC where, in 2017, she received her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Meghan joined our team at Padonia Dental Associates in the summer of 2018 and has loved it ever since. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care and helping her patients feel comfortable during their visits. There is nothing more gratifying than helping someone conquer their dental fear!
In her free time, Meghan enjoys everything from going on hikes to staying at home with a good book. But, most importantly, she loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her furbaby, Podrick the Corgi!
Michelle Miller, Office ManagerPadonia Dental Associates
Michelle has been serving the dental community for 25 years. She began her career with a pediatric office in 1994 and developed a love for the dental field. Michelle joined Padonia Dental Associates in August of 1999 as our office manager. She is a member of the AADOM and takes advantage of continuing education courses to stay on top of the latest information available for her team. Michelle enjoys helping patients and her dental team to have the best experience possible!
In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and children, Brennen and Kaylin. She also loves animals and has three fun loving dogs and an energetic chinchilla that keep her very busy, too!
